Mt. Lassen Seafood is here to provide you with the freshest seafood possible. Visit our website and place your order by noon on Wednesday and you can pick up your product by noon on Thursday. If your order is placed after noon on Wednesday, it will be ready for pickup on Thursday of the next week.
Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store. Our online store www.mtlassenseafood.com is open 24/7 so you can shop our fresh seafood anytime!
Can you ship product?
We want the fish you receive from Mt. Lassen Seafood Processors to be as fresh as possible, which is why we only offer product for pick up.
Where are you located?
We are located in Red Bluff, California. Our physical address is 22777 Antelope Boulevard.
How do I reach your Customer Service Department?

How is my seafood selected?
All seafood offered through Mt. Lassen Seafood Processors is sourced and vetted for it's freshness, sustainable fishing and farming practices and country of origin.
Your website states that substitutions may be made, what does that mean?
A substitution is made when the product ordered isn’t available. There are a couple reasons a substitution might happen; the first being if the ordered product doesn’t meet our strict freshness and quality standards and secondly, sometimes the fish just aren’t biting! If either of these events occur, we will substitute with a similar product. We’d rather provide our customer with something rather than nothing at all!
Do I need an account to place an order?
No! But we highly encourage you to sign up for an account.
How do I place an order?
To place an order click “Order” at the top of the screen. Once the page loads use the + button under the desired product to adjust the quantity. Click “Add to Cart” for each desired product.
How do I view my Shopping Cart?
The items in your cart will be displayed on the right side of the screen as you add product. You can also click the shopping bag icon in the upper right-hand corner to view the items in your cart.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
When will my product be ready for pick-up?
Orders placed by noon on Wednesday will be ready for pick-up at noon on Thursday of the same week. Any order placed after noon on Wednesday will be ready the following Thursday.
What are the pick-up hours?
Pick-up hours are Thursdays from noon to 4:00pm, and Fridays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
What if I don’t pick up my order by 5:00pm on Friday?
No problem! With the exception of live product, your order will be placed in the freezer and will be available for pick-up the following Thursday and Friday. Please note that the quality of live product is not guaranteed if product is not picked up by Friday at 5:00pm.
Subscription Box FAQs:
What is a subscription box?
A subscription box is an expertly crafted, hand selected box of seafood that contains 10-12 servings! Each month we hand select finfish, shellfish, and a local product for our subscription box customers.
How does it work?
When you sign up for a subscription box you agree to allow Mt. Lassen Seafood Processors, LLC to automatically charge your credit card on file either monthly or annually. There is no effort on your part other than picking up your subscription box once a month!
When do I pick-up my box?
Subscription box pick-up is dictated based on the date of purchase. For example, if you purchase your subscription box on the 1st, your card will be charged on the 1st for all subsequent boxes. If the 1st falls on a Thursday or Friday, your pick-up will be the following week. If it falls on a Saturday – Wednesday, you’ll pick-up the Thursday or Friday of that same week. If you’d like your pick-ups forecasted out, contact us and we will provide you with your next few pick-up dates. You will also receive an email the Monday before pick-up detailing what’s included in your box and reminding you that you’ll pick-up that week.
What if I don’t know how to cook a specific species?
Don’t worry! The email you receive prior to picking up your box will have links to delicious recipes for each species of seafood included in your box. We also have a wonderful collection of recipes on our website to help spark your creativity!
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! Simply log-in to your account and go to the Subscriptions and click cancel. If you need help, reach out and we will be glad to walk you through the process.
Why doesn’t the subscription box come in a box?
Seafood packaging is unique and depends on the species being packed. Sometimes product will come in plastic tubs, other times it will be in plastic bags. Packaging has an effect on the freshness and quality of product, therefore each species is packed differently.
