Crab Mold


  • 6 oz. cream cheese

  • 6 oz. of cooked crab meat

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 envelope of Knox gelatin


  1. Heat cream of mushroom soup in a pan.

  2. Dissolve gelatin in a cup with 3 tablespoons of water, add to soup.

  3. Cream mayo and cream cheese in a bowl, then add soup mixture

  4. Add all other ingredients to the bowl, mix and put into the mold.

  5. Chill overnight
