Our Abalone is raised in the waters of Monterey Bay.  Measuring approximately 4 3/8" x 3 3/8" these Abalone are about 6 years old.  Their meat is salty and slightly sweet, with a texture similar to a calamari steak.  Great for frying, sautéing or barbecuing!
