Our premium Northern Shortfin Squid tubes and tentacles are sourced from a family owned fishery in Narragansett, Rhode Island.  The meat is fairly delicate and boasts a savory flavor profile and a somewhat buttery-white color.  The larger tubes and rings make for excellent plate coverage, and if you love tentacles, you're in for a treat!  This product is delivered frozen.
