Their shells are shiny and brown with a tint of purple on the inside. Known for their striking appearance in dishes, Savoury Clams are sweeter than Manilla Clams and have a softer texture. Prepare these clams by steaming, stir frying or roasting. Pair with pasta or add to a soup.
