The 10/20 description signifies that there are between 10 and 20 scallops in a pound. The most common way to cook scallops is in a hot pan on the stovetop. Alternatively, breading and deep-frying, baking, grilling or boiling are also great options. It is important that you don’t overcook scallop or they will become rubbery.
