These sea scallops, delivered fresh from the Atlantic Ocean, are harvested directly off the coast of Massachusetts.  The U10 description signifies that there are less than 10 scallops in a pound.  The most common way to cook scallops is in a hot pan on the stovetop.  Alternatively, breading and deep-frying, baking, grilling or boiling are also great options.  It is important that you don’t overcook scallop or they will become rubbery.
