Our White Seabass is caught off the coast of California.  The meat has a mild flavor and large flakes, somewhat similar to Halibut.  Seabass can be prepared in a variety of ways and takes on the flavor of the ingredients used while cooking.  Poach, grill, steam, broil or bake the fillet.
