1 large Cedar Plank
1 tablespoon Honey
Fresh Chopped Dill
Soak the cedar plank in water for 2 hours prior to use.
Pat the Steelhead with a paper towel until dry. Sprinkle on the salt. Spread a thin layer of honey and generously sprinkle with dill. Top with lemon slices.
Place the Steelhead on the cedar plank and put on the grill. Cook at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
