Parmesan Topped Halibut


Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup butter, softened

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce

  • 4 6oz. Halibut Fillets

Directions

  1. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

  2. Remove skin from fillets. Grease a baking dish; place halibut fillets in the dish.

  3. Broil in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 8 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, mix Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and hot pepper sauce in a bowl.

  5. Remove fillets from the oven; spread Parmesan mixture over top. Return to the oven and broil until topping is bubbly and lightly browned, about 2 more minutes.
